We work with individuals and organizations across the U.S. who are seeking to make meaningful, lasting change.

SC4E’s coaching, mentoring and consulting engagements typically run for three or six months. However, we can create a customized approach for the individual or organization.

Denny is putting his 42 years of experience in the IT industry and 35+ years of management experience to work to help enable successful change for employees, executives and enterprises. Tech Data - Clearwater, FL - 2/2017 – 4/2018
Led the Americas National Accounts team as SVP that overachieved their $5B+ revenue objective and commensurate profit objectives.

Avnet, Technology Solutions Group, Americas - Phoenix, AZ - 6/2006 – 2/2017
- Led the integration team as SVP of Channel Development that managed the successful $2B+ acquisition integration of Avnet Technology Solutions in to Tech Data.
- Led the Supplier team as SVP of Supplier Management that was responsible for a $5B revenue objective, supplier profitability, supplier negotiations and supplier satisfaction.
- Led the Operations team as SVP Operations responsible for order entry, billings, inventory, integration, logistics and customer satisfaction. Included leading a team that successfully managed the deployment of a $100M SAP project on time and on budget.
- Led the IBM Business Unit team as GM of the IBM Business that overachieved their $1B+ revenue objective and commensurate profit objectives.

IBM - Indianapolis, Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee, Sydney, Somers, London, Phoenix - 6/1976 – 6/2006
- Led a team as VP Channel Sales that built Avnet from less than $100M into IBM’s largest commercial relationship.
- Led a team as VP Systems Marketing EMEA responsible for all Systems Marketing in EMEA. The team moved from country based to a country, region and HQ segmented model reducing costs by 50% while maintaining business objectives.
- Led a team as WW VP of Sales AS/400 Division responsible for sales, customer requirements, executive briefing center and regional support. Successfully launched the AS/400e model.
- Led a team as GM of General Business in Australia responsible for the Small, Medium Business (SMB) in Australia that significantly improved the profitability of the business by moving to a channel led model.
- Led the SMB Branch team in Wisconsin as Branch Manager that was named Branch of the Year in the Central Area in 1991.
- Held a variety of sales, staff and management roles including instructor in IBM General Systems Division Education Sales School in Atlanta.
